The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, in a great location near the train station and the supermarket. However, the service was lacking friendliness and motivation. The dining experience had various choices but staff attention was lacking. Overall, the facilities were good, but there were areas that needed improvement in service and attitude.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was very convenient, especially for someone like me with lots of luggage needing access to the train station and the cruise ships.
